Emergency Information
Completed and up to date emergency information must be kept on file in the office for each student. The parent or guardian is responsible for keeping this information up to date. Also, inform the office of any changes in address, medical information, or other necessary information. Students may only be released to adults listed on the emergency card. The emergency card information is confidential and for the use of school personnel only.
